Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Order processing may take up to 7 business days. We process orders Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM Eastern Time (EST). We do not process orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or U.S. federal holidays.

Tracking Information

Once your order is prepared for shipment, the tracking number will be sent to the email address on file. Signature confirmation is required for all shipments.

Shipping Provider

UPS is our primary shipping carrier. UPS operates Monday-Friday (and may deliver on certain Saturdays depending on service), excluding U.S. federal holidays.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery timelines vary by service level and destination. Some services may arrive within 2-3 business days, while other service options may take up to 7 business days.
